We currently ship within Bangladesh only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

During launches, restocks, or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (full or advance payment, as applicable).
Please ensure all contact and delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
We believe in mindful production — every piece is made slowly and intentionally. Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends or public holidays.

Eligible for Exchange
We offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Minor stitching or finishing variations (as all pieces are carefully handmade)
All sale items are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
